Because of the nature of pharmaceuticall products, order cancellations cannot and will not be accepted after goods have been dispatched.

If products are returned to the supplier by customs in an undamaged condition the purchaser will be entitled to a refund.

We will do everything we can to make sure your order arrives in good condition, but this may not always be the case.

If you are not satisfied with your order as a result of our error, we will refund the full amount of your purchase as well as shipping charges. These errors include orders containing in items, defective medication, or damaged products.
